Safety is the Top Priority
We are committed to safety towards ourselves, our patients and the team on site.
The goal is for all employees to...
- recognize and communicate risks and dangers together and develop and implement suitable measures to reduce/eliminate them.
- communicate openly and objectively about mistakes or potential mistakes, help avoid them and reflect on their own behavior.
- give each other feedback on their work safety behavior, pay attention to each other and support each other.
- be prepared as best as possible for the possible dangers and risks in your field of work through training and instruction.
- to be equipped with the necessary and fully functional equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- always be deployed at the locations in sufficient numbers and with the required qualifications.
- to be able to speak to their superiors openly and at eye level about risks and dangers or report them at any time.
- to access all necessary occupational safety data and information at any time.
- to go about their work safely and end up healthy at the end of the day.
The leadership of the local branch and the department heads are committed to recording, analyzing, and addressing every workplace accident and safety-related incident in accordance with legal requirements and beyond, together with the affected employees. They will develop appropriate measures to prevent or mitigate such incidents and ensure compliance with and implementation of these measures. Occupational safety is structured into three key areas:
Health And Safety Culture
Most important for health and safety culture is the cooperation between employee and management. Honest open communication is essential to identify and eliminate risks. To ensure this standard, our approach has been independently audited, within the framework of Safety Culture Ladder (SCL) certification, achieving Level 3.

What is the SCL Certificate?
The Safety Culture Ladder (SCL) is a tool for assessing and improving the safety culture in organizations. Developed in the Netherlands, it consists of five levels, ranging from reactive post-incident measures to a deeply embedded proactive security culture. Companies can use the SCL to evaluate their security practices and identify areas for improvement.
State-Of-The-Art Equipment
First class equipment for both our patients and employees. Continuous evaluation of our material resources and personal protective equipment (PPE) is an integral part of our philosophy.
Continuous Employee Qualification
We refresh our knowledge regularly; we are also constantly eager to learn new things. To ensure your and our safety at all times we want to be most prepared as possible.
